So happy to have Belle's Urban Deli in our Village! Corrales has needed more brunch/lunch options for a long time. The servers here, Alicia and Autumn, are so friendly and welcoming. The patio is a great option now that it's warming up. My daughters love getting bagels with their house-made cream cheese that's more like whip cream in their minds! Lattes are great, salads are fresh, soups and sandwiches are unique. Owners are kind, hard working folks with lots of restaurant experience. Great place to eat after morning yoga at Corrales Yoga. Visit the other shops in the building while you're there to support local small businesses!
Today we had the green chile French toast Bake, the lobster sandwich and melon slaw. All was so very delicious. Fast and delightful service.
Absolutely outstanding. The Caprese sandwich and the Croque Monsieur were perfect, incl. the wonderful bread. Service was prompt, lovely and very attentive. A superb option in Corrales and so much better than the tired Flying Star.
Employees are extremely nice, and the food was fresh and tasted delicious! We sat outside on a cloudy day, and it was perfect. There are fans in the patio area to keep the air circulating, which was really nice.
Great food! Had the green goddess sammie and added turkey and cheddar cheese. It was excellent! The brie omelet add ham was HUGE and so damn good! Great place to hang out and just chill.
Probably the best part is how this place is decorated each piece has some special detail to it bright yellow little bees, and a nice backyard. I’d like to go eat there when it gets warmer. The food is delicious too and the service is delightful. Very friendly not too pushy, we enjoyed eating the quiche and the cheese mini Dutch.
I had been hearing great things about Belle’s and tried it today for my first time. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive and the prices were very reasonable. I appreciate restaurants that offer creative and tasty dishes and offer a relaxing atmosphere. Great addition for the Corrales community!

Great cute place in Corrales. This was recommended by coworkers and the employees at their sister restaurant Lilly & Liam Bistro and it was amazing. I got their French toast and it was the best French toast I’ve ever had. The fruit was delicious and incredibly fresh. The patio is also nice and it was very peaceful hearing the birds in the trees while having a lovely brunch.
